CO.N.CE.P.T. (New technical ceramics company) produces zirconium oxide discs with the trade name Zyttria® for the dental sector by combining Italian know-how in the field of high-level technical ceramics and German technology to obtain high quality medical devices.
The production is made in Busseto (Parma), known for being the city where the musician and composer Giuseppe Verdi was born.
The production of Zyttria® discs is made in Italy using only the “single cip” isostatic technology in order to obtain products with high technical and aesthetic performance, reliable and safe.
Each phase of the production process is subjected to strict quality controls starting from the raw materials: for each batch of incoming Zirconium Oxide powders, both the particle size distribution and the purity of the powders are rigorously controlled.
Each piece is produced in full compliance with the regulations on medical devices, guaranteeing complete traceability of the components throughout the production chain.
Made in Italy is expressed in the CONCEPT guidelines: manufacturing quality, traceability and quality of raw materials, control in every production phase.
Technology and innovation only are not enough to achieve high quality due to the increasing complexity of the products; requires a continuous updating of knowledge of production processes. The production manager, in Aldo Caso, is one of the leading experts in the field of technical ceramics, having collaborated with many leading companies in innovative / aerospace materials.
